Day 10 - Forgiveness in the Work Venue

Hello there!

Today, tomorrow and the next day are dedicated to forgiving in the WORK Venue.

This is the venue that is often ignored. People think of forgiveness as something that’s connected to love, broken hearts, home and family but NOT usually something for the workplace.

WRONG assumption.

Think about all the work relationships that are tainted with a perceived wrong action and as a result of that perception of personal slight, people avoid certain people at work or work with them VERY reluctantly.

This affects the bottom line of a business very directly sometimes and always indirectly.

So consider these people and roles in your life, who can you release today? With the releasing of anger, hurt or indifference you’ll be creating space for real creativity and increased productivity at work.

First the work venue is about any and all relationships connected to work, business and school life.

Consider these:

• Manager/boss/supervisor
• Teachers and professors
• Coworkers
• Vendors and suppliers
• Customers and clients
• Staff – yours – full time, part time and consultants
• Staff – of vendors, competitors, etc
• CEO’s and other executives and decision makers
• Competitors
• Support staff – admin, cafeteria, cleaning, doormen, etc
• Technical people (staff or consultants coming in to ‘save the day’)

Consider things going wrong with any of these people in your work, business or school life…how will that disturbance impact your entire life?

1) For the next 3 days please dwell in this venue, forgiving those you are holding a grudge against. Then watch how that lightness impacts your output.

2) Of course, use your forgiveness journal to write about it... and create a list as usual.

3) Don't forget your daily forgiveness ritual.

4) Share at the event wall - we will all benefit!

Wishing you Abundant love and light,
Julette
