It's ALL about relationships. NO matter how alone or self-sufficient you might consider yourself to be or how dis-connected from people, your relationships - for better or worse, determine the course of your life.

Days 7 through 9 are dedicated to this venue.

Yesterday I posted this suggestion - on Twitter and in status update:

"Friday Forgiveness Tip ► Have a FORGIVENESS FAMILY HOUR, everyone share two things, one they'd like to forgive & another they'd like to be forgiven for"

Today's assignment is to do your version of this forgiveness hour.

Do the following:

1) Write in your forgiveness journal - a list of those relationships in your life that can benefit from some forgiveness

2) Select the top three to mend (the ones causing the most anxiety)

3) Get in touch with those people and request time to talk or get together

4) Share with each other the two things in suggestion above. (one you'd like to be forgiven for and one you'd like to forgive)

5) Do Forgiveness Ritual as previously requested

I urge you to dedicate the next 3 days to healing - or beginning the process - at least 3 relationships.

If you want something different and better in 2009 for you and your family, you've got to DO something different...and better.

The lightness you will feel after doing this will make you giddy! [NO JOKE!!!]

BE the change you'd like to see in your relationships. Change honestly is an inside job.

It takes courage and love to step up to this forgiveness event and YOU DID IT!! So don't stop now. Heal a relationship today.

I can't tell you how filled with admiration I am...this is the stuff of REAL heroes and real role models.
