Day 4 Assignment - 21 Days of Action with Forgiveness

Hello Hello!

We spent 3 days in the self venue – the first and foundational place to begin.  It all, forgiveness and love, begins with your self.

Let’s move on now to the HOME venue for the next 3 days.

Assignment for today:

1.    Write out a list of folks you harbor resentment towards  in the home venue (let’s call resentment ANYTHING but love.)

2.    People you live with, live close to, people who visit often ALL people within the venue of your home life should be considered

3.    Select a person from this list and release the anger today.  EVEN IF FOR JUST TODAY, forgive them – take it for a test drive!

4.    Write out the perceived hurt and cause and  symbolically destroy

5.    IF you feel tight with anger or hurt and forgiving is not an option today, write in a date when you think it might be possible –  for all names on your list

6.    VISUALIZE the person as a person with hurts and pains who acted with a need for love – just TRY IT

7.    Do Forgiveness Ritual as previously requested

It’s important to take this slow and easy. Don’t jump ahead to other venues.

If there is no one in this venue to forgive, spend time thinking of ways to demonstrate kindness to the people in your home life.

A few questions to consider
if the above is true:

A) Is there nothing to forgive because nothing has recently offended you or is it because you are disconnected from these folks?

What are you doing right in this venue that you can transfer to other venues?

C) If you are disconnected from them, why is that?

Writing answers in your forgiveness journal would be ideal.

Have fun folks…hope you’re still as excited as you were when we started 4 days ago!

Keep your intentions, motivations and benefits from forgiving in mind as you go through your days.

In Light and with Love,
Julette
